A product division of a major global manufacturing company needed to increase its “speed-to-market” for maintaining global leadership. By accelerating the market introduction of products and expediting fully commercialized product revenue streams, the client could increase profitability and enhance its competitive market position.

Solution

Pareo provided a current-state assessment which found the client to be rich in comprehensive product development knowledge and technical competence, but lacking in the project management processes, methodologies and capabilities needed to implement positive change. Pareo recommended a Project Management Office (PMO), including defined mission, goals, strategies and tactics.

Results
