Challenge
A global financial services company, in a spin-off from its parent company, required enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BC) education for over 22,000 employees, contractors and consultants. The objective was to increase BC and emergency preparedness for all constituents and satisfy SEC and NASD compliance requirements. Multiple corporate offices, offshore call centers and more than 12,000 geo-dispersed field offices presented a substantial challenge.
Solution
